“Finally finished workout #3! Just done so typing with shaky fingers. haha. I upped both my weights and reps in set 2 and 3. The push ups I could only do 10 with good form on a stair incline but I did go from stair 5 to stair 4, so that’s progress! I did increase on the double row from 20lbs in set 1 to 25lbs in sets 2 and 3, so that is a big success for me. My personal goal is to do push ups without any incline and loving them at the same time!”
