Meet your trainer
Hi, I’m Marisa Mae, I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Health Coach for over 14 years. I am passionate about strength training and would love the opportunity to share my passion with you and help you build a consistent habit of focusing on yourself and working to build and increase your strength & confidence.

I love helping women learn & love strength training because I've seen the ripple effects it's had in my life.I started as a runner who knew she should cross train but couldn't seem to get myself into a consistent habit to do so. Once I did...wow was I surprised at how much stronger I felt, how much more defined my legs got, and the best part, was my 'runners knees' that plagued me for years, went away, allowing me to finally train & complete my first full marathon (and then later a half Ironman!)
I know that strength gained in the gym stretches far beyond the physical. The confidence, self efficacy, and personal shifts that inevitably shine through when a client starts loving picking up heavy weights is one of my most favourite things.
TLC is my online strength training program that allows me to work with clients, regardless of where they live.
TLC also allows me to provide coaching and support to clients who might like a little structure & motivation, but don't require a 1:1 personal trainer working with them in person. Clients who are somewhat self motivated. Clients who are keen to follow a plan, do their best, ask for help when they need it, and keep on, keeping on.
