What is Executive Wellness Coaching (EWC)?

EWC is a personalized and comprehensive approach to support your well-being & performance, for those in leadership positions (or those aspiring to be) who want to make a bigger impact in the world without letting their health sit on the sidelines.

EWC combines coaching techniques and practical strategies to enhance your overall health & well-being. Together will will work to improve your Whole Health using my 5 pillar system, which looks at physical, nutritional and mental health habits, as well a stress management tools, sleep hygiene, and meaning & contribution as essential pillars to your overall health. 

How is EWC Different than other coaching options?

  1. Holistic Approach: EWC takes into account various dimensions of wellness, including physical, mental, emotional, and meaning & contribution, recognizing that these are interconnected and influence each other. In order to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle balanced with a fulfilling career, all areas need to be addressed.

  2. Goal Setting and Action Planning: Together we’ll identify your wellness goals that will support your career and life goals and create a structured action plan that leads you towards them. We’ll develop a monthly action plan that supports each in an interconnected way, allows them to grow and develop in a positive direction for you and your life.

  3. Accountability and Support: Ongoing support and accountability is often the missing key to progress. Developing new habits and processes takes time to implement successfully. My job as your coach is to help you stay on track with your wellness goals. This may involve regular check-ins, progress assessments, and adjustments to the action plan as needed.

  4. Skill Building: Executive wellness coaching often includes teaching specific skills and techniques for managing stress, enhancing resilience, improving communication, fostering better relationships, and increasing overall effectiveness as a leader. My background as a personal trainer and health coach, along with my ICF Leadership Coach designation gives me a well-versed background to help you build the habits and skills you need to be efficient, productive, and successful, without letting your health sit on the sidelines.

  5. Work-Life Integration: Recognizing the demands of executive roles, the coaching process may also address strategies for achieving better work-life balance and preventing burnout.

  • A one-off coaching call to help you gain clarity on where your limited energy and time can be best spent. You’ll step away from the call with a clear action plan for the next month and specific steps you can move forward on.

    $225 + gst

  • A trio of coaching calls to start shifting your health, career, an life in the direction you want it to go in. Not sure what direction that is? No problem, we’ll sort that out together.

    Three sessions will allow for some accountability on the action plan you create, and allow us to build some momentum and progress.

    $575 + gst

  • This 6-month executive coaching package offers a transformative journey tailored for ambitious leaders seeking to maximize both their professional success and personal fulfillment, all while prioritizing their health and well-being. Through a holistic lens, we delve into career aspirations, personal development goals, and the critical link between health and performance.

    This comprehensive package includes personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, goal-setting frameworks & reflection opportunities, actionable insights, and ongoing support to ensure lasting growth and fulfillment in your career, personal life, and health.

I have developed and use my unique Energy Engagement Loop Framework to look at the bigger picture and pull together various elements of your life, that bring clients more engagement, satisfaction, and 'holy crap I love life energy'!  

We'll work together to review the 5 pillars of health and see what barriers are holding you back, what habits you can adopt to move past them, and what small changes will have the biggest impact on you and your life.

    Executive Wellness Coaching (EWC) opens the conversation up to the bigger picture. Where do you feel stuck, limited, or out of alignment. How is your life feeling out of alignment, and what are some actionable steps you can take to move you in a better direction?

    Sometimes shifting something in your health can have a domino effect into other areas of your life.

    Sometimes we focus on our health because it feels like something tangible we can shift, and affect, when other things feels unmanageable or out of our control (when in fact we likely have more say in those areas than we realize). Often I see clients chase health or weight loss, when in reality, losing 10 lbs won’t make you magically happy and loving your job.

    EWC looks at the bigger picture and how you can improve your overall health and wellness so you can make a bigger impact in your career and in life, creating a life that you love to live.
