Some of the health & wellness oriented events and activities I offer are:

Active lunch power walk and stretch break – perfect as a mid-day break during an intense strategy-focused workshop.
Weekly yoga sessions
Healthy themed workshops (from desk stretches to nutritious lunch ideas and workshops on how to Decrease Stress & Improve Sleep, Building Better Boundaries, Time Management 101 and Personal and Professional Goal Dreaming & Setting).
1:1 Executive Life & Health Coaching Sessions
I would love to learn more about your unique group of employees, what sort of activities would interest and challenge them and help them bond more together as a team. Together we can come up with the perfect activity, whether it’s for a one off staff retreat day or an on-going employee wellness perk!
